I wouldn't be alarmed if America was a righteous nation being led by humble man who feared God, but we are not and Donald Trump is not.
No need of God or mention to the nation to pray, just pure evil arrogance;
If you know your Bible, and understand, have godly wisdom, It's too easy to see that this will not end well for an arrogant nation which forgot God, and that America will be humbled to the dust.

Remember the other story of another proud leader of a great empire which was brought down in an hour ?

President Trump is pulling a much more dangerous stunt than King Belshazzar did.
He's toying with Israel in an abominable, and evil way, by assuming to be the mere mortal man who will bring the ultimate peace deal between Israel and the cult of death followers, when there is only One, Messiah Jesus, the only Prince of Peace.

Perfect verse for such a time as this. Nothing new under the sun is there.
I remember the attitude of the proud Church (majority)towards Israel with their sin and falling away from God from the beginning.
They proclaimed they would not be as foolsih as Israel was.
i have to agree with them as they have proven more foolish, having the word of God and not studying it or heeding it's warnings.
