I wrote about President Trumps boasting in "his" economy a number of times here and the dangers of his boasting.
God always brings down the proud and the boasting and proud Trump (proud Obama etc.) are symbolic of wicked America which should be in deep repentance, humbled in sackcloth and ashes giving thanks to God and seeking forgiveness with all of our hearts.
