Jesus went away from there, and withdrew into the district of Tyre and Sidon. And a Canaanite woman from that region came out and began to cry out, saying, “Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David; my daughter is cruelly demon-possessed.”
But He did not answer her a word. And His disciples came and implored Him, saying, 

“Send her away, because she keeps shouting at us.” 

But He answered and said, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
But she came and began to bow down before Him, saying, “Lord, help me!” 

And He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.” 

But she said, “Yes, Lord; but even the dogs feed on the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”
Then Jesus said to her, “O woman, your faith is great; it shall be done for you as you wish.” And her daughter was healed at once.

Departing from there, Jesus went along by the Sea of Galilee, and having gone up on the mountain, He was sitting there. And large crowds came to Him, bringing with them those who were lame, crippled, blind, mute, and many others, and they laid them down at His feet; and He healed them.
So the crowd marveled as they saw the mute speaking, the crippled restored, and the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they glorified the God of Israel.

Proud about nothing but lies

As we see everyday here in the land of the perverts and the off the Richter Scale hypocrites there was a lot of envy, jealousy, racism, and hate which Satan had filled the hearts of the non-Jews, the Cannanites and all of humanity back then.

TODAY, We see the same jealousy, hate, and anti-Semitism exploding against Israel and the Jews.

I saw it in Israel when I visited the modern, very prosperous Israeli village of Tekoah where down the road the ancient town of Tekoah populated by the  Arab occupiers had not changed much in thousands of years.
It's easy to become jealous and bitter when God is blessing your neighbor as you sit on your sorry ass and do nothing but complain and embrace the lies of Satan.

Jesus was dealing with this pride in the woman who loved her daughter more than her sin.
He helped to humble her to the point she reached out to Him in faith minus the crap that fills so many hearts.

Today in this always offended about everything generation most men and women would be so offended that would be looking for a lawyer to sue Jesus.

Is it a sign? Huge wooden cross washes ashore on Fort Lauderdale beach

A very large, barnacle-encrusted, wooden cross washed ashore behind the Ocean Manor Beach Resort along Galt Ocean Mile in Fort Lauderdale, during the weekend.
