I was reminded last month of how this crime last July was swept under the rug and it troubled me enough to mention it here weeks ago !

No formal charges have yet been brought against him.

Not only did this evil man kill this women, but they will not come clean on how many times Justine was shot. The next day the Chief of Police was ordered to resign by the mayor after she, the chief, made the statement that "she did not have to die" and stated that she “prefer” Noor would speak. This is insane! How does a mayor order the firing/resigning of a police anyway and for what reason?
