I remember a few years ago reading a similar story about someone who made a wrong turn at night down a boat ramp into a lake who called family for help and drowned.
It matters who you are close to in this short life we have been given. It matter who you look to in time of SERIOUS TROUBLE and immediate need, and who you call out to for help.
You have to train yourself in trusting the Lord before something like this happens.
Who are you trusting your life with ? Your Smart Phone ?
Sometimes it's better to just drop the phone and call on the only One who can help you.

Bear kills 16-year-old runner who texted to say he was being chased during trail run in Alaska
A 16-year-old runner who texted his mother that he was being chased by a bear as he competed in a popular race over mountainous terrain was killed Sunday just south of Anchorage.

Aware of a freeway chase and gunfire on nearby Interstate 24, Patrick Hale said he loaded every gun in his house after neighbors called to say that two fugitives were possibly headed his way.
One minute later, he saw the convicts cross a barbed-wire fence 300 yards away from his back door and come onto his property.

We have the large list of NATO countries who are in Syria and the US, uninvited, is building up a base there where sovereignty no long matters with our Washington war machine.
This Trump Syria intervention/invasion is going to come back to bite US A' hard because Russia will never abandon it's close friend and ally,Assad of Syria.
What other countries are involved in bombing Syria ?
....And what happens when you keep poking at a large, angry bear ?
