And utters His voice from Jerusalem [in judgment of His enemies],
And the heavens and the earth tremble and shudder;
But the Lord is a refuge for His people
And a stronghold [of protection] to the children of Israel.

Then you will know and understand fully that I am theLord your God,
Dwelling in Zion, My holy mountain.
Then Jerusalem will be holy,

GOD'S JUDGMENT is upon all nations that hate the Israel of GOD, even upon Israel proper when it stands in opposition to The ELOHIM: The FATHER, The SON+ Whom+ Israel officially rejects even yet, and The HOLY RUACH HA KADOSH ( The HOLY SPIRIT ).
GOD'S JUDGMENT is just and righteous, as it lands upon France, which is now being bitten by the Islamic terrorists whom France has supported in a variety of ways , in direct opposition to The GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
We recall France provided a haven of sorts to Jews fleeing murderous Nazi Germany . . . only to befriend muslim terrorists now.

What should we Followers of JESUS be doing now ?
We should be cultivating our Salvation with fear and trembling.
We should be warning the un-redeemed that the LAKE of FIRE exists for all who die in their sins.
And , we should be warning the un-ruly Church that not everyone who says, "LORD, LORD" . . . and goes about trying to change the UNCHANGEABLE character of GOD, The ELOHIM: The FATHER, SON+, and HOLY SPIRIT . . . is going to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

22 Many will say to ME+ in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy+ Name? and in Thy+ Name have cast out devils? and in Thy+ Name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I+ profess unto them, I+ never knew you: depart from ME+, ye that work iniquity.

I didn't know about it until recently. Watched a movie about it with Susan Sarandon, Christopher Plummer, Max von Sydow, Gabriel Byrne.
It was filmed in Quebec and showed the long lasting damage to the survivors
