It's always amazing to see how easily God can wear down us mere mortals.
A little extra snow and below zero temperatures for just a couple of days or a week and we are reminded of how much of nothing and fragile we are.
Getting to the 'humble' place and learning to thank Jesus and call out to Him every day for strength and wisdom is always a good thing.
You wouldn't want to be as stupid as these godless elite perverts, and educated idiot scientists who leave God out of their reasoning and thoughts.

I read a story in the local newspaper last night regarding Trump's tweet mocking global warming. The article very haughtily lectured Trump on the truth of "climate science" (I guess that's the new buzzword)for the instruction of those readers who might be led astray by Trump's words (can't let that happen!). I was just amazed at how opinion passes for news these days, especially in regard to anything Trump says or does.
BTW--The very fact that this cold snap (and it's really nothing unusual) is a dose of reality is one reason I prefer to live in places where the climate is not so hospitable. I find that people in places like Montana, North Dakota, etc. are a lot less arrogant when it comes to how powerful man is than people from milder climes. There's a real healthy respect for forces totally beyond our control. BTW, I suspect the same attitude prevails in hurricane and tornado country too. Also, the small population of MT and ND contributes to the humble attitude as well, I think. Part of the reason CA has become so pathological, IMO, is because of their lack of hostile elements to deal with. Anyway, for what it's worth--:-)

I think with TV Hollywood, the internet it has made even far out of the way places close. I think many of the salt of the earth people threw out their TV sets and live the simple farm life, the only sane part of our insane, creepy and perverted culture.
Even after Trump said 'NO Transvestites' they are going to bring more of them into the military to make sure we get the Sodom effect in the next war on the homefront.
