Something big is happening in Israel, something only God could ever do.
Jews, Israeli Jews preaching the gospel of Messiah Jesus like it has never been preached before in Israel. The new wine is better than the old wine !
This is His greater miracle than Jesus' first miracle at the wedding in Cana. He's doing it, not we gentiles believers who are for the most part in a coma.
As Eitan mentions in the first minutes of the video below, Jesus has returned to Israel after a two thousand years absence. We are seeing the light of the gospel of salvation shining bright in the land where the new wine is greatly needed.
I believe this ties in to Romans 11, "until the full number of the Gentiles has come in".
On the third day there was a wedding at Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there; and both Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding. When the wine was all gone, the mother of Jesus said to Him, “They have no more wine.”
Jesus said to her, “[Dear] woman, what is that to you and to Me? My time [to act and to be revealed] has not yet come.”
His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it.” Now there were six stone waterpots set there for the Jewish custom of purification (ceremonial washing), containing twenty or thirty gallons each.
Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the waterpots with water.” So they filled them up to the brim. Then He said to them, “Draw some out now and take it to the headwaiter [of the banquet].” So they took it to him.
And when the headwaiter tasted the water which had turned into wine, not knowing where it came from (though the servants who had drawn the water knew) he called the bridegroom, and said to him, “Everyone else serves his best wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then he serves that which is not so good; but you have kept back the good wine until now.

I do not want you, believers, to be unaware of this mystery [God’s previously hidden plan]—so that you will not be wise in your own opinion—that a partial hardening has [temporarily] happened to Israel [to last] until the full number of the Gentiles has come in; and so [at that time] all Israel [that is, all Jews who have a personal faith in Jesus as Messiah] will be saved; just as it is written [in Scripture],
“The Deliverer (Messiah) will come from Zion,
