Preliminary evidence shows the suspect was a temporary resident at the apartment complex on Wylie Ln and State St. until he was asked to leave on Friday.
The suspect, Timmy Kinner, is not a refugee.

Portland Police revoke permit, declare riot as Communist protesters clash downtown


Portland Police declared a riot Saturday after tensions between the right-wing Patriot Prayer group and local anti-fascist activists communist revolutionaries came to a head and broke out in violence.
