Geneva (AFP) - More than 920,000 people Muslims were displaced driven out by fellow Muslims from inside Syria during the first four months of 2018, the highest level in the seven-year conflict, the UN said Monday.

Heavy Muslim vs. Muslim fighting on Yemen's west coast kills hundreds

SANAA, Yemen (AP) — Yemeni Muslim officials say heavy fighting between pro-government Muslim forces and Muslim Shiite rebels has killed more than 600 Muslim people on both sides in recent days.

Muslim Government forces, backed by a Muslim Saudi-led coalition, have been advancing along the western coast in recent weeks as they battle the Muslim rebels, known as Muslim Houthis.
