North Korea threatens US and S Korea with nuclear strikes

I've lost track of how many times North Korea's Kim Jong-un has cried wolf.
It's come to the point where many shrug off his threats because he really never delivers on them.
Eventually the wolf will come because the boy who cried wolf is really an extremely dangerous tyrant in the class of genocidal megalomaniacs before him.
I look at him as someone who could easily bring about a war which would surpass the death toll of another evil madman and his Third Reich not too long ago.
It seems that humanity is always repeating the death, destruction and carnage of war, raising the level of destruction to unsustainable and unimaginable levels.
